Stay negative for COVID-19, but positive in attitude

The COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine has put people in such a situation that some don’t know what to do with their day. Some have reached the point of boredom, others depressed and some can’t even talk to anyone. These are all due to the negative mentality that a lot of people are having these days.
This could very easily be avoided if you start thinking positively, because as it is said, a negative mind will never give a positive life.
You must realize that your situation is a lot better than many people in your own country and around the world; there are people who have no homes, starving or dying of illnesses. So try the following:
1. Be grateful to be alive.
2. Be grateful to be healthy.
3. Be grateful to have a family around you.
4. Pray or meditate.
5. Sleep early and wake up early.
6. Have a bath every morning.
7. Get dressed in the morning, for females you can put make-up, and males shave.
8. Smile.
9. Avoid listening to negative news about COVID-19.
10. Tell jokes and laugh.
11. Play games, like chess, cards etc.
12. Cook a meal for the family.
13. Make sweets and tea and sit together and enjoy them.
14. Watch comedy films.
15. Avoid negative people and call people that make you feel happy.
16. Listen to songs and sing yourself.
17. Read a book.
18. Exercise.
19. Be proud of yourself and your accomplishments.
You may not necessarily do all these things in the same day, but try to do at least half of them. You will find a big change in your mindset and you will be a productive individual.
In conclusion, be an optimist and hope for the best, and never ever be a pessimist.
Remember, the ironic thing, you are not the only one going through this situation, everybody around the world is.
