Since the rise of COVID-19 in Wuhan, China, the world has changed from different orientations (Economically, Sport Activities, Health Promotion, Politically, Educationally and more diverse things) but the most important subject that had a huge effect on limiting the spread of COVID-19 is the use of Artificial Intelligence and Technology.

The best way to limit human interaction is (Stay at Home), but not all can apply this because many of us need some treatment or other mandatory activities, such as, (illness, buying groceries, food, medicine and etc.). therefore, the scientist had to find approaches to deal with these situations to limit human interaction and here the use of Artificial intelligence arises.

Nowadays, People can order groceries using websites and Mobile applications without going outside their house and step a foot inside a shop. where clinicians in hospitals replaced workers with artificially intelligent robots, to disinfect rooms, supply E-health(telehealth) services, and to process and analyze the test samples of COVID-19. Moreover, physicians employed an artificially intelligent robot to treat and diagnose a patient and check if he has the symptoms of COVID-19.

To fight coronavirus (COVID-19) and limit its spread, china was the best example of using different procedures to fulfill this objective. One of the best approaches when china really activated the use of Artificial Intelligence, big data and 5G, such as, using computer vision to invent the body temperature measurement which gave the possibility of taking the body temperature in a reliable and contactless manner this will give the responsible the ability to locate exceeded body temperature. On the other hand, china’s technology companies shared their algorithms and made it available for the world to be used, researchers shared data in trying to find a cure using Artificial Intelligence Algorithms, make video conferences.

So far, in several ways, Artificial Intelligence has been deployed, and following are three basic methods out of many that has been employed to control the pandemic:

1. Disease observation: artificial intelligence, such as, machine learning and natural language processing have been used to develop applications to surveillance diseases that can recognize, track and report the spread of COVID-19 faster than human; where Canada was one of the first countries who developed such an application (BlueDot).

2. artificial intelligence for Immediate diagnosis: this will help to give a quick report of the patient; if he has COVID-19 symptoms then the procedure will be taken to quarantine the patient.

3. Using Intelligent Robots and Drones: Robots and drones had been developed using more efficient algorithms to do different tasks. Nowadays, the world is using drones to deliver people's needs like documents, equipment, help caregivers and so on, where robots are used to disinfect the streets, parks and shops and in different uses as well. The global distribution and function of artificially robots and drones has been quickened because of stricting the social distance needed to contain the spread.

In Conclusion, artificial intelligence has a significant impact on limiting the spread of the deadly coronavirus (COVID-19), and the best thing artificial intelligence can achieve now is to find a cure (potential treatment) using its algorithms (Swarm intelligence, pattern recognition and etc.) by sharing data among researchers.
